I’ve been under a lot of stress the last few days and have felt overwhelmed. In this episode I talk about some of the strategies I use to get me through days or weeks where it feels like everything is crashing down and there’s more than I can handle. I talk about maintaining my morning routine, my worst-case-scenario mindset, and cultivating the mindset of taking one thing at a time and “just-keeping-on”.
