The topics addressed are breaking defense mechanisms and addictive loops and some strategies I use to get out of my head when I feel a bit trapped or like I have tunnel vision. If you have a bit of a compulsive or addictive personality (I do!) then you know what it feels like to get trapped in a mental loop. To “lose time” so to speak. I talk about how forming small habits to put yourself in a mindset of being in control – such as making your bed every morning, or going for a walk – can break mental loops and put your day on track.
